2. Required Proof for Return Approval

• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear product photos
• Video proof of defect (if applicable)
• Order ID and contact details

4. Return Shipping & Packing

• We do not provide reverse pickup.
• Customers must ship the product back using a reliable courier.

• We are not responsible for damage caused during return transit.

• The screen film/protective sticker is removed or tampered
• The product appears used or installed
• Physical damage caused by customer handling
• Damage due to soldering, bending, overheating
• Wrong model/version ordered by customer
• Accessory or packaging missing
