At FoneX, we ensure fast and reliable delivery for all orders. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Ready-to-ship items placed before the cut-off time may be dispatched the same day.
• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Time

• Most orders reach customers within 3–5 working days.
• Remote and hilly regions (J&K, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand) may take 1–2 extra days.
• Delivery delays may occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier delays or operational issues
• Products containing lithium batteries may be shipped via surface transport only, which can increase delivery time.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• COD orders may include additional COD handling charges.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. If you need help with tracking, contact our support team.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be returned to us by the courier.
• Re-shipping such orders will require additional shipping charges.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

Packaging & Safety

• All products are packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Fragile items and electronic parts are given reinforced protection.

Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If the courier marks your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

• Check with neighbours/security guards.
• Verify if someone else at your address accepted it.
• Contact our support team within 24–48 hours for assistance.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
