Important: Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. This is mandatory for claims related to wrong product, damaged product, or empty package.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received in damaged condition (report within 24 hours)
- Product not working or showing manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
- Wrong color or version received
- Empty package or missing item inside
2. Required Proof for Return Approval
To process a return request, you must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear product photos
- Video proof of defect (if applicable)
- Order ID and contact details

4. Return Shipping & Packing
- We do not provide reverse pickup.
- Customers must ship the product back using a reliable courier.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- We are not responsible for damage caused during return transit.
5. Return Request May Be Rejected If:
- The screen film/protective sticker is removed or tampered
- The product appears used or installed
- Physical damage caused by customer handling
- Damage due to soldering, bending, overheating
- Wrong model/version ordered by customer
- Accessory or packaging missing
