Cancellation Policy
At FoneX, we understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order and how refunds work.
1. When Can You Cancel Your Order?
You may request cancellation under the following conditions:
- Your order has not been packed or shipped yet.
- The product is still in processing stage at our warehouse.
- You cancel within a reasonable time after placing the order.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
You can request cancellation by:
- Contacting our support team via email
- Calling customer support
- Sending a cancellation request through your account (if available)
Please provide:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number or email
- Reason for cancellation
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, you may refuse delivery.
However, for COD orders that are refused or rejected, COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable and may affect future COD availability.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
No refund will be issued if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The package is refused without a valid reason
5. Exceptions to Cancellation
Your order cannot be cancelled if:
- The product is custom-ordered or specially procured
- The item has already been packed for dispatch
- The tracking number has been generated
- The order contains high-demand or limited stock items
